Refund policy
We want you to love your ritual. If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you have not received your refund 15 business days after we approved it, contact us and we will look into it right away.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
